Getting Started
Call us for a FREE site evaluation. We will use this brief evaluation to ask you a few questions that will help us determine if your website is eligible for our Maintenance Program. If eligible, you will need to accept a simple Terms and Conditions Contract before we can get started.
Request a Maintenance Update
Once you have signed up for our Maintenance Program, you can either email us directly, call us, or fill out our “Change Request Form” online. Please provide as much detail as possible for us to complete your changes correctly. We will respond within 24 hours with an estimate of how much time it will take us to complete your request. If you need your change to be our first priority, please note that an additional fee of $25/hour will apply.
Guarantee Policy
Completing website maintenance work on time is important to ensure that all information on your web site is accurate. Contact us with details of your requirements and we can provide you with a prompt estimate of cost and turnaround.
We Guarantee:
- That we will make a full backup copy of your website before completing the requested changes.
- That we will test every change made.
- That we will provide you with detailed, monthly invoicing.
- Communication by e-mail, 5 days a week.
- Friendly, personal service.
- That if web site maintenance work has not been completed by the expected date, that you will not be charged.
Pricing
Initial Setup Fee (one time only per website): $250
Hourly Charges: $75/hour (1 hour minimum for the initial change request per month) plus $15/quarter hour thereafter
Example: If you send us a change request on Jan 2nd that takes us .75 hours to complete and a change request on Jan 15th that takes us .5 hours to complete, we will charge you $105 ($75 for the first hour of changes for the month, plus $30 for the change made on Jan 15th) for the month of January.
Payment Policy
We will send you a monthly detailed invoice. Payment is due upon receipt. Late charges will begin to apply after 30 days.
