Initial setup fee is $250. This allows us to create a backup of your website and evaluate your changes. Changes are then $75 per hour (minimum one hour) then $15 per quarter hour thereafter.

How to request a Maintenance Update:
Once you have signed up for our Maintenance Program, you can either email us directly, call us, or fill out our “Change Request Form” online. Please provide as much detail as possible for us to complete your change correctly. We will respond to you within 24 hours with an estimate of how much time it will take us to complete your request. If you need us to make your change our first priority, please note that an additional fee of $25/hour will apply. Back to top
Completing web site maintenance work on time is important to ensure that all information on your web site is accurate. Contact us with details of your requirements and we can provide you with a prompt estimate of cost and turnaround. We guarantee:
- To make a full backup copy of your website before we make the requested changes.
- To test every change after editing.
- To provide you with detailed, monthly invoicing.
- Communication by e-mail, 5 days a week.
- Friendly, personal service.
- That if web site maintenance work is not completed in the agreed on time you will not be charged. Back to top
Initial Setup Fee (one time only per website): $250
Hourly Charges: $75/hour (1 hour minimum for the initial change request per month) plus $15/quarter hour thereafter
- Example: If you send us a change request on Jan 2nd that takes us .75 hours to complete and a change request on Jan 15th that takes us .5 hours to complete, we will charge you $105 ($75 for the first hour of changes for the month, plus $30 for the change made on Jan 15th) for the month of January.
